1.2.6 Our app provides a logout function that does not require manual review and takes effect in real-time. If you want to cancel all personal information on the MotoPro app, such as your account, videos or pictures shared in the community, messages, etc., you can go to "Me" - click on "Account" - "Personal Information" - "Cancel Account". After confirming the cancellation of your account, your personal information will be deleted and the account will not be retained. 1.2.13 Privacy Protection Statement: All Wi Fi information is only used for device identification and connection, and does not involve specific location information of users, nor will it be used to track or collect personal data of users. To monitor MotoPro errors and upgrade the platform, we will collect information on abnormal operation of application software.
1.3.1 In order to achieve operational fault reporting, analyze and solve the problems encountered during your process, we will collect your device information (MAC address), browsing and operation records
1.3.2 In order to prevent fraud and protect your information security during use, we will collect your device location information.
1.3.3 Obtaining the list of installed applications: We obtain the list of installed applications to enable users to list all the applications on their phone that provide sharing functions when choosing to share videos and photos, in order to achieve a better sharing experience.
1.3.4 Reading or deleting phone storage files/collecting SD card data: We need to obtain the storage permission of the phone and read the data of the SD card, so as to save the pictures and videos obtained from recorders and other devices to the corresponding file storage path of the phone, allowing users to view the corresponding data in the corresponding storage path; Simultaneously provide users with the ability to delete these saved files within the app.

1.4.1 Recording permission (microphone permission) usage scenario: When you use the 【 Team 】 function, you need to enable recording permission to achieve real-time voice communication.
1.4.2 Usage Description: This permission is only used for voice conversations between team members. All voice data will be processed locally in real-time and will not be uploaded to the server or used for other purposes.
1.5.0 When you use the "Navigation" function, you need to authorize us with "Location", "Location Information", and "Precise Location" permissions. After your authorization, we will read your "precise location, latitude and longitude, movement trajectory, WIFI list, precise location, WIFI SSID, IP, WIFI BSSID, Android ID, IMEI, IMSI, device MAC address, software installation list, location, calendar, SMS, local phone number, pictures, music" at a frequency of once every second in the front-end, silent, and back-end states of the app. We will provide navigation services according to the functions you need to use.

2.3 The services that you can use through the "MotoPro" service and are supported by a third party. During your use of such services, we will collect (including the information you provide and the information recorded by the system) and necessary personal information. 3. User Rights and Responsibilities
Individuals or organizations who meet one of the following conditions can apply to become MotoPro platform users and use the services under this agreement:

3.1.2 Natural persons under the age of 18 who have received written consent from their guardians (including but not limited to parents);
3.1.3 Companies, legal entities, institutions, social organizations, and other organizations that are established and legally exist in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations. If a person without civil capacity, a person with limited civil capacity, or an organization without business or specific business qualifications improperly registers as a user, the agreement between them and our company shall be invalid from the beginning. Once discovered, our company has the right to immediately cancel the user.
3.2 Users have the right to use the various network services provided by the MotoPro platform to members in accordance with the procedures and requirements stipulated by the MotoPro platform. If members have any objections to the services, they can contact the MotoPro platform for timely resolution.
3.3 When users apply to use MotoPro platform network services, they must provide accurate personal information to the MotoPro platform. If there are any changes to personal information, it must be updated in a timely manner.
3.4 Users must agree to accept MotoPro platform sending relevant commercial information to members via email or other means.
3.5 Users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China when using MotoPro platform services, and shall not engage in any illegal or improper activities using this service, including but not limited to the following behaviors:

·Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
·Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon their legitimate rights;
·Those who incite illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, or gatherings to disrupt social order;
·Engaging in activities under the name of illegal civil organizations;

·Intentionally creating and disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses;
·Other behaviors that pose a threat to computer information network security.
3.6 You agree to compensate MotoPro platform and its partner companies, affiliates, and hold them harmless from any claims, demands, or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or resulting from any third-party claims, demands, or losses caused by the user's violation of this agreement or related service terms. In this regard, the MotoPro platform has the right to take measures, including but not limited to deleting user posted information content, suspending usage licenses, terminating services, restricting usage, revoking MotoPro platform accounts, and pursuing legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of the user's behavior. MotoPro platform has the right to revoke the account of any malicious registration of MotoPro platform account or use MotoPro platform account for illegal activities, disturbance, harassment, deception, other users, and other violations of this agreement. At the same time, our company will assist in the investigation as required by the judicial department.
3.7 Users are not allowed to copy, duplicate, sell, resell or use any part of the MotoPro platform for any other commercial purposes in any way.
3.8 Users shall bear legal responsibility for their actions during the use of MotoPro platform services. The forms of legal liability borne by users include but are not limited to: compensating the victim, and after the MotoPro platform operating company first assumes administrative penalties or compensation for infringement damages caused by user behavior, users should provide MotoPro platform operating company with equal compensation.
3.9 When you use all functions of MotoPro APP, we will read the phone number information in your phone address book after obtaining your explicit consent. 4. Intellectual Property
4.1 The MotoPro platform website and any related software, programs, content used on the website, including but not limited to works, images, files, materials, website architecture, website layout arrangement, web design, advertisements or information presented to users through this website or advertisers, are all legally protected by our company or other rights holders, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent or other exclusive rights. 6.3 Any disputes or controversies arising from this clause between the user and the company shall be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the user hereby agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction over the company's domicile for litigation resolution.
6.4 After the user submits the necessary information for the registration process correctly and confirms this agreement, this agreement is established and effective between the MotoPro platform and the user.
Prior to the effective date of this agreement, registered users only need to use their original username and password to log in to the MotoPro platform website, re accept and confirm this agreement, and continue to use MotoPro platform services.
6.6 Validity period of the agreement: from the time the user agrees to this agreement or uses the MotoPro platform until the user cancels the MotoPro platform service.
6.7Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, both parties shall contact each other via email regarding matters related to this agreement.
6.8 The email addresses of relevant departments on the MotoPro platform shall be based on the official website of the MotoPro platform.
6.9 Using the MotoPro platform means accepting the MotoPro platform service agreement and all its attachments.
6.10 The final interpretation of this agreement belongs to the MotoPro platform.
